7 Wellness Tips

to create health, vitality and the energy that you deserve.


1. Power Breathing
BREATHE PROPERLY – Breathe allowing the air to actually fill up your lungs with oxygen. You achieve this by allowing your stomach to expand and not your chest. Practice the following format:                                                    

Breathe for 2 seconds
Hold the air 4 seconds
Breathe out for 8 seconds.  
                                             
Do this 10 times at least twice a day.


2. Importance of Drinking Water
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. The minimum amount of water that you must drink everyday is half of your body weight in ounces. For example, if you weight 150 lbs.; half of that would be 75 lbs. That means you would have to drink at least 75 ounces of water throughout the day. 1 liter is the equivalent to 32 ounces.                             

3. Exercise for Life
EXERCISE 3 TIMES A WEEK.  Make exercise an integral part of your life and enjoy the benefits of increased energy and stamina. Follow a fitness program to improve your cardiovascular performance.

4. Maximize your Health

  • Eat plenty of water content food
  • Eliminate sodas, power drinks, protein shakes etc. Drink only water.
  • Eat organic as much as possible
  • Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night
  • Develop leisure activities. Dedicate time to yourself.

5. Eliminate or dramatically reduce your consumption of meat
If you are going to eat meat try doing it every other day

6. Eliminate or dramatically reduce your consumption of dairy products.
This means milk, cheese, etc. If you feel you have to have these products try the soy version of them. They are good!

7. Eliminate or dramatically reduce the consumption of:
Sugar, salt, vinegar, coffee, alcohol, etc. - for the sake of your health!
